The location was good with easy access to public transport. I appreciated the fast response from staff via text. My family found the room size sufficient for our needs. There were nice spots to explore nearby, which was great for our active lifestyle.
The cleanliness of the room was an issue upon arrival. We encountered broken items that were not fixed despite reporting them. It felt like a challenge to get adequate service, especially when we needed assistance.

Location offers easy access to public transportation, making it convenient to explore the area. A charming garden adds a unique outdoor touch, perfect for a brief escape from the hustle and bustle.
Room sizes are notably cramped. even the upgraded options feel limited with little space to move around. Maintenance could use some attention, with visible scuff marks on walls and a worn-out handheld shower that struggles to stay put. The app-based access system requires a charged phone, which might cause issues if you're running low on battery. No elevator means you need to prepare for a bit of a trek if you’re on a higher floor.
